Elemental Anointing Oils

Elemental Anointing Oils
These are anointing and dressing oils for use in enhancing and inspiring your own spells and rituals. Symbols and actions are yours to create; wear on your pulse points as a subtle but magickal alignment with the element, as a way to imbue yourself fragrantly in the work you're doing. Rub a small amount on candles, altar items, etc to invite the energies into your ritual.
I worked to formulate these elemental/directions anointing + dressing oils for almost two years, honing my in depth essential oil knowledge and personal experience with magickal usage. I treat all plants and their parts with great respect and honor. What I have taken two years to create is a well researched tool and I hope it becomes a tool that helps you in your ritual or ceremonial practices.
★These oils come packaged in 10 ml roll-on bottles whose glass is the color I best could find to correspond to the element. They are then boxed with a scroll guide to refer to with use. IMPORTANT NOTE: The bottles sold are filled all the way, bottles pictured in this listing are clear for easier viewing and partially filled for testing purposes.

🌊WATER/west🌊
..say it out loud. say it softly, say it sharply, kind of cleanses the palate no matter how you say it. Fucking water. Powerful purifying veins ever changing across our planet, Magnificent and terrifying strength and gentlest caress. Blessing our heads, cleansing our tensions, filling our bowls. WATER. Taming us, holding us, pushing us, taking our homes, giving us new life, creating our lands, our coward, our sands. WATER. Element corresponding to direction West, of the setting sun, heavy, dark, mysterious, psychic, but very certainly reactive and receptive to light..Water is the master of all the elements; dousing flame, nourishing life on earth, moving and waking and housing our inner space (the ocean!), no gates, no walls, just life and waterfalls. Swaying and soothing spirit, drenched in dew, tepid or scorching, WATER. Holiest element. Sacred, wild, Water is US. The lubricant, the life. Guiding, aiding, we are water. We are water, tears and trimmings. Renewed over and over and over again. Water is grief and apathy all at once, it is joy and ecstasy. Water is love. The underlying giver and taker, the circle closer, the infinite~! The tangent!
Water is symbolic of the subconscious, of intuition, purification, compassion, psychic ability. Water is a key in spells and rituals of friendships, manifestation, fertility, cleansing/resetting, healing, psychic skill honing and spells involving peace and closure. Water itself can be used for divination/scrying! In tarot, water is represented by the Suit of Cups. Zodiac signs related to this element are Pisces, Cancer, + Scorpio.
Essential oils of ylang ylang, clary sage, myrhh, lemon, + litsea. Elderberry and amethyst bits float to strengthen purpose with a bit of mica to add very subtle shimmer.
🔥 FIRE/south🔥
Working with/in/for strength, will power, protection, manifestation, purification.
Corresponds with summer months, colors red, gold, orange, Sagittarius, Leo, + Aries. Use this to dress candles for spell work, or wear on your person to remind you about that fire within, don't go letting external forces (world problems, other people/their problems) douse YOUR inner fire. Use this oil to meditate on anything that aligns or corresponds to the element fire and/or direction south. Think of it as multipurpose! A tool and an ingredient in your daily or ceremonial work. Call the corners, call in your fire.
Essential oils of basil, lime, juniper, rosemary, and orange (among others) are bright, like a vibrant heat rainbow streaming through your open window in the summer time accompanied by a gentle breeze of relief. Rosemary + citrine bits float to strengthen purpose.
💨AIR/east💨
The breath, the breeze, vibrations through our lungs, through our veins, through mountaintops, over the lands. Movement, changing and creating new spaces. As all the elements can be, air is gentle, and destructive, and passive, and aggressive, and quiet, or howling, and within our practice of using the elements, we must know how to balance the intentions with the powers of our tools.
Air is intellect, knowledge of the other realms, telepathy, call it in with song, with dance, with breath work while sitting quietly or running through woods. Air is the element for working on divination, concentration, astral travel, lost items (physical or otherwise). Call in and use air to enact magick by tossing anointed objects in air/over your shoulder, or use oil to dress physical items and hang from trees/in windows, etc. Or simply wear on your body to symbolize your intent. Corresponds with springtime, dawn, infancy, Gemini, Libra, + Aquarius.
Essential oils of lemongrass, lavender, peppermint among others. Warm yet cooling, washing over your senses like a breeze. Lavender flowers and mica float to strengthen purpose.
🌱EARTH/north🌱
Quiet ecstatic earth, soft and ancient. Earth gives and gives and gives, and every so often it takes. What it needs. What it wants. It is just. It is what it does. Earth element is grounding, solidifying, strengthening. Representing prosperity, abundance, femininity, the physical body and material surroundings. Earth is receptive, resilient, calm and wise. Mama terra, third away and housing all of us. All animals and spirits, plants and minerals. All of us. She must be calm and chaotic all at once. Stubborn, intelligent. Earth is the grip, the gift of grace in stillness. Use this element to do magick for the household, ancestors, fertility, protection. Earth signs are Capricorn, Taurus, + Virgo.
Earth is the depths, the core, the knots to bind. Bury your anointed objects, or dress the string/ribbon/rope with this oil and tie the knots of your intentions. Create anchors. Be the anchor. Hold your will, a bundle, a gift.
Essential oils of vetiver, cedarwood, cypress, petitgrain among others. Deepen your roots, steadfast, holding firm to integrity and honor, grace. Moss and sea salt float to strengthen purpose. (Salt may dissolve, it's okay.)
