General notes and disclaimers
▲Anyone taking daily medications, those who have high blood pressure, taking blood thinning agents, have liver or stomach issues or if you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your physician/midwife/etc. before using any product. but especially products containing essential oils.. It is extremely important to know your allergies or if you have sensitivities to any herbs or oils that are listed for each product. Contact me if you have questions about individual ingredients I use, especially proprietary perfume blends.
The products I make are not meant to take the place of your gut judgments/own body knowledge/doctor's advice, I make no claims about them curing, treating, or preventing serious illness or disease. Please be sure you are familiar with and not allergic to the ingredients before purchasing. If you have sensitive skin or have many allergies, as you would ANY product, do a test application on a small patch of skin before using liberally.
▲▲It is important to know that magick is not an escape route, magick is not a guarantee, and it will not cure your life's woes. Should you use any magickal tools I offer, they will merely be a powerful tool in the backdrop of your ritual for change or quest for insight.
shipping
Making sure you receive your purchase in one beautiful piece and in a timely manner is of course a high priority for Branch & Beak. At least a day turn over rate is needed so I can process, make/package your item and get to PO. Your patience is appreciated, especially around post office closings due to holidays or delays. I am but one dame!
In order to keep the shipping prices low, most items are shipped via USPS First Class mail in the United States and USPS International First Class to other destinations. US Priority Mail will be used when required (by weight), which comes with tracking and $50 insurance. If you'd like any other method and/or add-ons for rush, etc please let me know as soon as possible.
As I mentioned, I try to keep shipping prices as low as possible. Shipping calculations do not just include the actual cost of postage, but also packaging materials, labor, and transport. If you feel there is an issue with shipping charges, please contact me in advance of your purchase so that you have all information needed to make your purchasing decision.

At the moment, I only accept Paypal payments, you do not need an account with Paypal to make a purchase however.
Sliding scale: for me, striking a balance between sustaining this endeavor as a business and giving love and spiritual nourishment to those who need it is a an ever present issue, and I am dead set on offering my products/guidance/etc to those who seek it out, regardless of their financial status. If you are going through economic hardship, fall below poverty level, real low on funds but are genuinely in need; I am willing to work with you on pricing. No shame, absolutely no judgment, and all encompassing love and understanding. Send an email simply explaining you need to take me up on the sliding scale offer. WE. WILL. MAKE. MAGICK.

returns, refunds, exchanges
It is my highest priority that you receive and adore the item you are hoping for and dreaming of when you purchase from Branch + Beak. I will always effort to photograph and describe the item as accurately as I can. If you are really unhappy with an item, for genuine reasons, please contact me, and I will do my best to find remedy for the issue. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, I cannot accept returns, however, if something has absolutely displeased you, again, contact me so we can discuss refunds or other options. Besides all that, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns, thoughts, comments, etc.

I am more than happy to make up custom tools, tinctures, teas, perfumes, kits, sigils, etc. feel free to message me with your ideas. This is where I find powerful magick happens, when I am able to work directly with you to create your tools/medicine, etc.
