This salt was concocted specifically for those who experience the menstrual cycle. One of the two primary plants used in this soak is Dulse, which is a seaweed that contains high trace mineral content; and the other is Juniper berries, which are a premier tonic, detoxifying the body and easing nervous tension. Along with some other highly medicinal herbs, this soak will ease muscle spasm, calm emotional tides, and soften the spirit. As with most of the other salt soaks, you can use this as a foot soak as well!

★ all organic: dead sea salt, epsom salt, black lava salt, juniper berries, dulse, motherwort, skullcap, hops, roses, and essential oils of clary sage, juniper berry, and bergamot

Pour salt & herbs into muslin bag and swish around in bath to infuse the water, or pour straight into the water and float with the flowers; just be sure to clean the flowers and berries out by skimming the water before draining the tub, as they could cause drain clogs.
